Mando from The Mandalorian Kinda Sucks
At fighting, I should say…
Easy there, hostile internet mob! Let me explain what I mean. How awesome would it be to watch Batman, bat-grappling hook his way up a building. While he is climbing said building, he is kind of taking out goons. Not in a particularly stealthy fashion either, just kinda barely making it. Then when he gets to the top, he is shocked by a dude with a stun gun and falls fifty feet?
No! Of course not! But isn’t that kinda what it was like watching Episode 2. Now, admittedly, I don’t know much about The Mandalorians, other than what the show told us. I never read any of the books or watched anything outside of the main Star Wars Movies. However, the show goes (at great lengths sometimes) to tell and constantly reminds us of how badass Din Djarin, AKA Mando, is.
Back to Batman
Alright, it’s real easy to compare Mando and Batman. Both are honor-bound by strict morals and codes. (Although, Mando clearly has no problem shooting someone in the face) Both can be seen as heroes or anti-heroes (again, lots of face shooting) Both ultimately want to do the right…
